Karen is the only real estate broker I considered. She understood our family situation and made the process completely stress free. Everyone at TREG was very helpful and did whatever they could to make the home buying process stress free. Karen is the most professional person I have ever dealt with. She does not pressure you to make decisions, but provides all the facts and guides you to make the best deal possible for your situation.

She understood that at my current job I was unable to answer emails or phone calls, but a quick text would get to me. With saying that we were able to discuss more after I was done working and/or through text which was important because I wanted to stay up to date on what was happening. I would highly recommend Karen Halpin because she builds a relationship with you and wants to find you your home.

Karen is an excellent agent in all aspects of the aid she gave me. She was very friendly and extremley helpful in my whole process. Her knowledge of being an agent was above and beyond and that helped me in the end to get the house. I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone that may be trying to find a house. Karen went above and beyond for both sales of our condos as well as the purchase of our new home in Chesapeake, VA. The term "understanding" is an understatement when describing Karen. She would not only be working on her time off at all hours of the night in order to assist us with home repairs, storage, moving, etc. but also assisted us with even watching our son during the most chaotic times of the move and ensuing all of our needs were met. We consider Karen family now - what other realtor would do this? The realtor that not only wants to build relationships but the one that truly cares for her clients and friends. We love you Karen!

Karen is the best. Goes above and beyond that of a real estate agent. She looked after property when I needed it (away on a Naval deployment) and even gave up part of her commission (years ago) to help me out to buy a property. Truest the best agent anyone could have. Not just an agent, she cares for her clients.
